1. Who we are
saviwith.ai is an online self-paced course operated by Kietah Marketing & AI Consulting ("we", "us"). By buying or using the course you agree to these terms.
2. What you get
The core course is a one-time purchase that gives you lifetime access to the core lessons for your personal use. Add-ons are separate one-time purchases, each giving lifetime access to that add-on. Membership is a recurring subscription that gives access to all add-ons and new releases while your subscription is active.
3. Your account
Access is tied to your email address and is for one person. Please do not share your login or course content. We may suspend access for sharing, reselling, or abuse.
4. Payments
Prices are shown in Australian dollars and processed securely by Stripe. One-time purchases are charged once. Membership renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your paid period.
5. Refunds
Our refund policy is set out on the Refund Policy page and forms part of these terms.
6. Third-party tools
The course teaches you to set up and connect third-party tools (such as Claude, Google, Microsoft, Canva and others). We are not affiliated with or responsible for those tools, their availability, pricing, or any charges they apply. You are responsible for your own accounts, data and security when connecting them.
7. No guaranteed outcomes
The course is educational. We share methods that work for us and others, but results depend on your own setup and effort. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
8. Intellectual property
All course videos, text and materials are owned by us and provided for your personal use. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell them.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
