We want you to feel confident buying. Here is how refunds work.

7-day satisfaction guarantee

If the course is not right for you, email us within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. We may ask one or two questions so we can improve, but a refund is not conditional on your answers.

Add-ons

The same 7-day guarantee applies to each add-on purchase.

Membership

You can cancel membership anytime and keep access until the end of your current paid month. We do not charge again after you cancel. Monthly membership payments already taken are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Your consumer rights

Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
